According to the different shapes of die-cutting plate (or hot stamping plate) and stamping mechanism, die-cutting and stamping machines are divided into flat die-cutting and stamping machines, circular die-cutting and stamping machines and circular die-cutting and stamping machines.


1.Technical Features Of Flat Pressing & Die-cutting Machine

The die-cutting platform and the die-cutting mechanism of the flat die-cutting machine are flat plates, which are in face-to-face contact during operation. The die-cutting plate is fixed on the flat platform, and the materials to be die-cut are placed on the platen. During operation, the die-cutting platform is fixed, and the platen moves back and forth through the action of the crankshaft and connecting rod, so that the platen platform and the platen are continuously separated and pressed. Each time the platen is pressed, a die-cutting is realized.


The advantages of flat die-cutting machine are low cost of single and small batch die-cutting, fast delivery cycle of die-cutting plate and wide application range of die-cutting materials. Due to its simple structure, convenient maintenance, easy operation, easy replacement of die cutting indentation plate, suitable for different quantitative materials, accurate die cutting, etc., the flat die cutting machine has a wide market.


2. Technical Features Of Circular Flattening Die-cutting Machine

The die-cutting platform of the round flattening die-cutting machine is flat, which can make a back and forth return movement with the help of the pulley on the back, and the die-cutting materials can be continued through the paper taking teeth of the pressure roller. During operation, while the pressure cylinder is running, the platen moves forward, so as to realize die cutting. Before the paper tooth continues the next sheet of paper, the platen moves back to the starting position (at this time, the platen is not in contact with the working surface of the pressure cylinder), so as to facilitate the next die cutting.


Advantages of the round flattening die-cutting machine: because it works in line contact, only a small pressure is required during die-cutting, and the load of the machine is relatively stable. The disadvantage is that the knife line is easy to deform and shift, and its application range is limited. Generally, it is only suitable for die cutting cardboard with a weight less than 400g/m2, especially for die cutting of paper. In the process of paper die cutting, attention should be paid to the grain direction of the paper. Generally, it should be parallel to the axial direction of the molding cylinder, otherwise it will cause serious paper expansion and contraction.


3. Technical Features Of The Round Die-cutting Machine

The die-cutting platform and the die-cutting mechanism of the circular die-cutting machine are cylindrical, and they work in line contact. During molding, the feeding roller sends the material to be cut between the template cylinder and the pressure cylinder, and the two clamp it for rolling molding. The template cylinder rotates for one cycle to complete a die-cutting task, which can realize continuous die-cutting.


Advantages of the round die cutting machine: ① fast speed, high efficiency, less downtime, more convenient to replace live parts; ② Due to the line contact, the working pressure is small, the product forming stability is good, and the die cutting indentation quality is high; ③ Line round die-cutting can complete printing and die-cutting at one time on the production line; ④ Save paper, lower die cutting cost per unit product.
