The rebar stirrup bending machine is a kind of steel bar hoop equipment used in engineering. It has the advantages of simplified bending process, high working efficiency, being easy to use, neat bending, arbitrary adjustment of bending angle and size, and can bend the steel bar into various geometric shapes required by construction projects.

Generally, there will be the following faults:

1. Failure mode: bending machine has no power

Reason 1: V-belt is loose

Adjust V-belt

Reason 2: Motor burns out

Replace or repair the motor

Reason 3: Low voltage

Adjust the voltage to the normal

2. Failure mode: working plate fails to return or is not in place

Reason 1: Poor contact of contactor

Clear the touch spot with gauze

Reason 2: Poor contact of limit switch

Change the limit switch

Reason 3: Microswitch is out of order

Change the microswitch

Reason 4: Inner return spring is broken or burn in

Change the return spring

3. Failure mode: Joggle only, no automation

Reason 1: Poor contact of contactor

Clear the touch spot with gauze

Reason 2: Circuit breaker or missing thread

Change the circuit or reconnect

Reason 3: Contact of the limit switch burns out

Change the limit switch

4. Failure mode: Bending machine is out of control

Reason 1: Button or swinging cross of inlet wire or contact of the foot switch gets stuck

Replace the wire or switch

Reason 2: Touch spot of the contactor gets stuck

Change the contactor

Reason 3: Limit switch breaks down or working head fails to bounce out

Change or lubricate

Reason 4: Working head of the limit switch and angle adjuster has large gap or limit switch breaks down

Adjust the gap or replace the limit switch

5. Failure mode: motor keeps reversion

Reason 1: Bending arm gets jammed

Adjust the bending arm

Reason 2: Stop the limit switch, and angle adjuster clips get loose

Adjust angle adjuster clips and gets fixed or change the return spring

Reason 3: Microswitch breaks down or larger gap

Change the microswitch or adjust it
