Foil Stamping Process

The essence of Foil Stamping is heat transfer. The process of transferring electrochemical aluminum to the substrate surface through the action of temperature and pressure is called Foil Stamping. The perfect hot stamping effect depends on the temperature, pressure and hot stamping time (usually referred to as the speed). In the process of hot stamping, the constancy of three parameters is the guarantee of continuous hot stamping and hot stamping quality. The formation process of hot stamping is as follows: the anodized aluminum is heated by the hot stamping plate, the stripping layer melts, then the adhesive layer is bonded with the substrate, the coloring layer is separated from the polyester substrate, and the aluminum plating layer and coloring layer are left on the substrate.
