1. Pressure: The weight and evenness of the pressure depends on the softness and hardness of the material and the texture of the surface. The substrate with smooth surface can be under light pressure, while the rough stripes can be under heavy pressure. Just press it out. If the pressure is too heavy, the plate will be pasted and the electric plate will be damaged.
2. Temperature: In the hot stamping operation, select the appropriate temperature, that is, imprint a clear pattern at the lowest temperature, and find out the most ideal temperature through the test. If the temperature is too high, the plate will be pasted, the anodized aluminum will be burned, and the reflection will turn to matte.
3. The speed of hot stamping determines the complete stripping and the dissolution speed of the adhesive layer (i.e. the integrity of hot stamping), etc.
