Production Process and Process Control of Hot Stamping Products

According to the actual requirements of the sample sheet and the production work order, the camera shall understand the production requirements according to the sample and the production work order → judge the corresponding plates and auxiliary materials required according to the samples (including electrochemical aluminum, foil stamping plate, film and other auxiliary materials), and key monitoring items during the operation:

1. Nesting: (nesting hot stamping or specific testing tools, such as film)

2. Hot Stamping Effect: (pattern integrity, edge regularity, surface gloss)

3. Imprint, Scratch, Nozzle print, Ink drawing on the edge of hot stamping pattern, gold staining on the edge of hot stamping position, electrochemical aluminum direction (positioning hot stamping products and special electrochemical aluminum products)
